Transparent Payment Policy:

• Quote based on your needs.
• Project starts upon approval.
• 50% deposit before animation (storyboard approved).
• 50% of files upon completion (your approval).
• Remaining 50% for all files.
• Client satisfaction prioritized (reasonable modifications).

Revision Policy:

• Start-Up: 2 Free Revisions
• Essential: 3 Free Revisions
• Business: 5 Free Revisions
• Free revisions modify the completed animation.
• Additional revisions may incur a fee (based on complexity).
• Requests through support team/animator (one revision per day).

Timely Project Delivery:

• Project starts after storyboard confirmation.
• 50% of files upon completion (based on package).
• Remaining files after full payment.
• Adjustments after delivery for client satisfaction.
• Committed to efficiency & quality (meeting agreed timelines, prompt communication about delays).

Effective Communication Policy:

• Prompt responses to inquiries/concerns (within 12 hours).
• Clear information about services, pricing, and policies.
• Collaboration with clients (valuing input and feedback).
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proactive updates and progress reports.

Portfolio Rights Policy:

You grant us a limited license to use your project deliverables for marketing/advertising (non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free worldwide). You can revoke this anytime (written notice to hello@bytebtech.com. However, deliverables may still exist online where they were previously used.
